From Elizabeth Jones (REC)

At times, words may fail when we try to describe why we do what we do as parents and as teachers educating children in faith, particularly in the contemporary era. So much of our 21st Century lifestyle can be at odds with the simple yet profound words of Jesus

“I have come so that people may live and that they may enjoy life to the full.”(John 10:10.)

There have been many times throughout tis year that the staff at St Thomas’ have been touched by the supportive words or kind gestures from parents.  These moments have given us a much-needed pep in our steps!

Once again, the teachers have been so overwhelmed by the beautiful feedback that they have received following the videos they sent out to the father’s last week. The joy on the children’s faces as they prepared the prayers and videos, the spirit of collaboration amongst the staff and the deep desire for all to ensure that our children know how much they are loved was certainly captured throughout last week.

We are truly grateful and if you click here you can see a quick snapshot of some of the feedback we received.  In reading these we remember that we are doing what we do to bring God’s love to all!

“You will be enriched in every way so that you can be generous on every occasion, and through us your generosity will result in thanksgiving to God.” 2 Corinthians 9:11
