Open Classrooms this Friday

We can’t wait to see you this Friday during Open Classrooms. Please feel free to visit as many classrooms as you have time for while you are here.

The children are eager to share their learning with the whole community. The range of learning this term is in Kindy where they have learned about ‘From Farmyard to Plate’ to Year 6 Mission unit exploring Outreach.

The rest of Friday is one exciting event after another.

We have Opera Australia visiting to perform By The Light of The Moon is based on Edward Lear’s nonsense Poem The Owl and the Pussycat. In it, the two main characters-

Cedric the Owl and Agatha the Pussycat, go on a series of adventures, along the way meeting a number of characters from different nursery rhymes.

Followed by the Year 2Y assembly at 2:30pm in the Parish Hall. What a great way to end the week.

Art & Craft Show Book Donations

Book donations go on the Year 5 verandah. If it is wet (like now) books need to be in a strong plastic bag and placed out of the rain. Year 5 will be responsible for bringing them off the verandah.
