Year 3’s Harold Reid Reserve Bushwalk

This term for our Project Based Learning unit, our Year 3 students have been learning about how we as Australians can inform and educate ourselves about one of the oldest surviving cultures in the world. We have been learning to identify the continuous special relationship that Aboriginal peoples have to Country and Place.

As a part of this unit, Year 3 visited Harold Reid Reserve on Tues 20 August, for a bushwalk to learn about our local Indigenous History and the importance of caring for country and our local environment.

Stay tuned for more exciting activities that we will be doing this term!
